Description: A single frame traditional exhibit that tells the story of the 1920 Telšiai local issue stamps from a hectographic printing process to usage. The study shows all eighteen stamps in a sheet, printing paper variants, postmarks used, denominations and correspondence examples and unique, the only known part of the printing sheet – a nine-stamps block.
