Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n Lithuanian post has issued definitive \u201cSower\u201d issue of 15 stamps during May, 1921 – June 1922. The collection provides a detailed overview of 50 skatikai (Mi.92) prints, clich\u00e9 variants, and their use for postal purposes. There is no information in the literature about the dates of issue of individual stamps, so the author of the exhibition had to search for the dates of issue based on the date stamps used on the stamps.
