Description:

This exhibit presents, in chronological order, all postage stamps, postal stationery envelopes, and commemorative issues released by Lithuanian Post in 2024. The stamps are additionally shown on genuinely postally used covers, correctly franked in accordance with the applicable postal rates.

Two types of the postage stamp “Lithuanian Philatelists’ Union – 100 Years” are displayed, together with the complete sheet configurations for all issues. Three printing varieties have been identified.

The €1.55 Christmas stamp has been found with a perforation defect affecting part of the sheet. This variety reduces the size of the stamp, and the seventh perforation hole is distinctly oval.

All of the above-mentioned varieties were previously unrecorded and are presented here for the first time.
