Presented complete sheets, plate varieties, perforation and printing mistakes. Stamps positions in the sheet are described and illustrated. Presented known post markings and cancellations. As foreruners are presented first stamp of Russia and Poland used in Lithuania. As the first local issue of Lithuania Raseiniai stamps are shown and described.
